Exterior Renovations Complete

1350 Distilling HQ - 520 E. Pikes Peak Avenue, Colorado Springs CO

If you have driven past 1350 Distilling’s downtown Colorado Springs building at 520 E. Pikes Peak Avenue the past couple of months, then you will have noticed the visual transformation of our renovated storefront.

With the financial assistance of The Colorado Springs Downtown Development Authority (DDA), we have recently completed the beautification remodel of our facade with the following:

It has taken a while to complete, but all good things do come to the persistent and patient. The additional financial assistance from DDA was a major factor for our extreme building makeover. The DDA is guided by a mission to build public and private investment partnerships that promote the physical and economic growth of Downtown Colorado Springs.

The DDA agreed to assist with funds towards our renovation plans. Enhancements to downtown buildings like ours, stimulate economic vitality within the DDA and help the DDA to achieve its identified goals. Learn about all of the great programs DDA promotes for businesses and our community here. We believe you can see in our photos how much this improves the building and helps the community.

We can hardly contain our excitement. We hope you will have an opportunity in the coming months to sit on our patio. From there you can take in our amazing view of Cheyenne Mountain and the Front Range backdropped by the bustling skyline of our Olympic City USA and Pikes Peak.

Please join our email newsletter on our website, or follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn to find out when our spirits will be available for sale and consumption, and especially when our taste room doors will be opened.

We are extremely close to taking flight!

In the meantime, if you pass by, please take a photo in front of our canopy, signs, or mural, and tag us @1350Distilling on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram with our hashtag #1350spirit - We look forward to seeing you!
