“Cocktail Specialist” (Distillery Bartender / Server)

1350 Distilling is looking for a part to full-time Bartender / Server "Cocktail Specialist" located in EaDo CoS (East Downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado).

 

Our ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly, and fun-spirited with interest in working in the hospitality field. Candidate should have a genuine interest in exploring and inventing great-tasting cocktails and be someone who can help us elevate our game to a new, momentous level. 

 

Duties include opening and closing our Taste Lounge, “cleaning as you go”, greeting and providing spectacular customer service and cocktails to the best patrons in town, whether on our patio or sitting at our bar.

Requirements

• 21 years of age of older at time of hire

• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings 

• Bar experience good but not required

• Dependable transportation and punctuality

• Physically able to carry heavy boxes (40 pounds) for an extended period of time

• Ability to perform administrative and every-day tasks typical of retail work including cashiering and POS administration and operation

Pay

Part to Full Time: Starting $11.50 per hour plus tips

Gratuities are shared per shift.

Current Shifts

• Wed: 3-9:30pm

• Thurs: 3-9:30pm

• Fri: 3-10:30pm

• Sat: Two shifts 1-6pm and 5-10:30pm

• Sun: 11am-5:30pm

• Additional off-hour options for private events
